Privacy Policy

Scope

The company Dreamplas Lda, incorporated in 2020, defines the Privacy Policy, which applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data carried out by the company Dreamplas, and is complementary to the terms and conditions mentioned in supply, service or other similar contracts.
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved by the European Parliament in May 2016, comes into force on 25 May 2018. Dreamplas is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users of its digital platforms in order to affirm its commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data and to conduct itself in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

What is personal data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly.

Type of personal data we collect, how and for what purpose

We collect personal data when you register on our website, request a product, service or information, make a complaint or provide an opinion.
Dreamplas collects the personal data necessary for its activity, usually to manage the contractual relationship for the supply of products and services and customer service, processing data such as name, address, telephone number, email address, tax number and data related to purchase history.
As the holder of personal data, you have the right to request access to it, its rectification or erasure, as well as to request the limitation or object to the processing of your personal data. To do so use the email address geral@dreamplas.pt.

Storage time

Whenever there are no defined legal requirements, the data will be stored for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
For customer service purposes, your data will be kept for up to 10 years after your consent or last contact.

Data security

In order to ensure the security and integrity of the data provided by users of our website and digital platforms, we have implemented technological and organisational measures that help us keep information secure and up-to-date.
The data is encrypted and stored securely, subject to the security measures we consider fundamental for its protection.
Although all measures are being taken, we remind our users of the importance of having their PC and browser up to date, security system configured, firewall active, anti-virus and anti-spyware and make sure the websites you browse are authentic.

Transfer of data to third parties

In certain situations Dreamplas may transfer personal data to third parties to provide services on our behalf. When this happens, we check the suitability of these entities and the guarantees they offer at this level, formalising all the conditions in a contract with said entity.
Dreamplas only provides data that is strictly necessary and will always be responsible for the data it provides. In addition, we may need to provide personal data in order to comply with the law, protect or defend Dreamplas' property rights or act in urgent situations to protect and secure the data of our users, customers and the public.

Dreamplas reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates. As such, please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
